Do you have online lessons?
Yes, all our classes are available online.
Do you have group lessons that run for less than 3 hours?
Yes, we have one hour or two hours lessons for students with different needs. Please contact us for more information.
Do you charge for your study materials?
No, the study materials are all free, including both the in class study materials and materials that are prepared individually for each student. Additionally, we always provide all kinds of learning materials for our former and current students for free.
How do you mark your students’ writings?
Each student’s writing is carefully marked, adhering to strict guidelines in accordance with our marking criteria, developed in in accordance with writing competition standards and NSW syllabus.
How track improvements in my child’s writing?
We keep a detailed history of each and every student weekly in order to track his or her progress. The only way to really see this is to visit our centre. Not only that, students’ improvement will also be reflected in their semester/annual school report and the test scores of various exams.

What’s your make up policy for missing classes?
Make up lessons can only be made with a minimum 24 hours’ notice before class.
